FIRST TIME PURCHASE - FAILURE
Very disappointing experience buying from Klekt. We purchased an adult size trainer in advance for a birthday present, waited a month to received the same shoe but in GS (gradeschool) size. The wait times are longer with reselling sites such as KLEKT due to their Authentication process, in which we understood and purchased ahead of time. But as you can see the authentication process was pointless in this case.
We have sent pictures of the wrong shoes received along with a refund request in which we are still currently waiting for a response.
Appalled!
Ordered a few times from klekt and this month I’ve ordered and haven’t received my shows from the 22nd of January. Whoever is looking at this please sort klekt out and refund everyone

The shoes are incredible. There's always the risk that they aren't real but it is not the case.

I have just received the shoes for this order, after researching and have taken the shoes to the Crep Protect Flagship store having asked several employees and friends to legit check the shoes they are clearly fake.
Referencing from your website,
"7. PURCHASING AN ITEM
7.12. Our professional authentication team personally inspects every item. We will send the item out safely and double boxed to you provided that the item passes the authentication process. For more information please see paragraph 12.
12. AUTHENTICATION PROCESS
12.1. Once we obtain the item from the Seller our professional authentication team will personally inspect the item within 3 Working Days.
12.2. During the authentication process, our professional team visually inspects the item and its packaging and uses commercially reasonable efforts based on their expertise to confirm if the item is in brand new condition, is authentic and includes all of the original packaging and labelling.”
Clearly there was no authentication process with these shoes, clearly from the label tags tied with string the shoes are fake. Under the insole the text is not embossed, the size tag has incorrect information, the box wrapping only has 1 sheet, the heel tag stitching is poor and more.
Please look into contacting the seller as clearly they have fooled your authentication system. I expect some sort of compensation/refund, as referencing to your terms and conditions the authentication process has clearly failed.
I would appreciate dealing with this matter between us, this is a considerable amount of money which I have worked hard for to save. However, I have no issue with taking this matter further.
